The waiter orders from their phone, with the menu from Menu already loaded: modifiers, how the steak is cooked, no onion and notes for the kitchen.
Every line goes where it belongs: dishes to the kitchen, drinks to the bar. Screen or printer, with the course order and an alert when something is ready.
Split the bill by diner or by item, mark comped items and apply discounts. The table of twelve stops being a problem.
Simplified receipt or full invoice with the customer's details, and an end-of-shift cash-up. All linked with Billing.
