Set up groups with their teacher, timetable and places. See at a glance which are full and which aren't filling.
Students enrol from your site, pick a group and pay the first instalment. They arrive with their details already in, no paperwork.
Take the register from your phone in class. Absences add up on their own and flag when someone goes over the limit.
Each student's history: groups, absences, exams and notes. All on one screen for when the family calls.
Which group is in which room and when, with no clashes. It leans on Booking, which already knows which rooms are free.
Monthly fees go out through Billing, with their reminders. You see who owes what and since when.
A message when a student is absent, when a grade is published or when a class changes. By WhatsApp or email, without giving out your number.
When each student logged in, how long they stayed and what they did. It's what subsidised training schemes ask for to justify the hours.
