Linked to the sheet with their date. When someone argues about what was there, the photo is there.
Connect your Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox or Nextcloud once and photos upload there. We only ask for permission over the folder the app creates, never the rest of your drive, and the file is yours from day one.
They sign on the screen when you finish and get their copy straight away. That is what stops the "I never authorised that".
What comes out of the van goes on the sheet and gets invoiced. Stock stops leaving unpaid.
Arrival, departure and mileage. No stopwatch: you tap when you start and when you finish.
The signed sheet is sent as soon as it is closed, by email or WhatsApp, with your details and your logo.
They come chained: what was quoted, what was actually done and what is charged. The differences are there to see.
