You build the exam once and it marks itself, as many times as needed. You keep the part that matters: seeing which question half the class gets wrong, and why.

This is what we're building. It isn't available yet, but this is how Exams will work when we launch it.
Multiple choice, true or false, short answer, matching and ordering. Marked on the spot, and the student sees their score straight away if you want.
Write a question once and reuse it in every exam you like. Tagged by topic, so you can put a test together in two minutes.
Questions and answers come out in a different order for each student, and you can pull ten at random from a set of fifty.
How many goes they get, what they need to pass, and whether the best or the last attempt counts.
With the countdown in view and automatic submission when it runs out. If their connection drops, they carry on where they left off.
Write why an answer is wrong and the student sees it when the test is marked. That's where the learning happens, and it saves you explaining the same thing twenty times.
Not just who passed: which question 70% of the class got wrong. That is what tells you where to teach it again.
We're still building Exams. Leave us your email and we'll tell you on launch day.
