Deliveries and collections on the same sheet, ordered by area and by the time you promised.
Whoever receives it signs on the phone: which units, in what condition and at what time. That settles the argument later.
No room, nobody there, access no good for the lorry. Logged with a photo and a time, not in a phone call.
Connect your Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox or Nextcloud once and photos upload there. We only ask for permission over the folder the app creates, never the rest of your drive, and the file is yours from day one.
The customer knows when the lorry is coming. Less waiting and fewer wasted trips because nobody was in.
Transport is worked out by area or distance and goes on the hire invoice, not charged separately by hand.
Delivery and collection are the real contract dates, so late returns charge themselves.
